How does a PTC resettable fuse work?
The material inside PTC resettable fuses demonstrates a positive temperature coefficient, where the PTC's resistance increases exponentially with a temperature increase. Under normal operation, PTC resettable fuses insert a trivial amount of resistance with little or no influence on the circuit's performance.
What is the difference between hold and trip in PTC?
